The RDU Galleria Project is a 3 story 30000sf building with Gas Pumps located near the RDU Airport. The project is designed to provide a unique mix of services for travelers coming and going through RDU as well as Class A Office space with access to multiple dining choices and large outdoor spaces on each level.
This project is a two story multi-tenant Medical Office Building. The building is designed to metaphorically demonstrate the interconnectivity of the medical uses within the building with the encompassing roof frame and the intertwined facades. The two story lobby acts as another connector between practices and again works to stich the building together from the inside.
The CAPPS Building is an adaptive re-use project that is associated with the overall development at Greenfield Street and Front Street on the South End of Wilmington NC. The project consist of the renovation and re-use of an existing one story high-bay metal building into a 2 story restaurant, mercantile and office facility with various and significant outdoor patio and green space.
The South Front Street Building is a two story mixed use project that is associated with the overall development at Greenfield Street and Front Street on the South End of Wilmington NC. The building will add restaurant, mercantile and office space and highlight the adaptive re-use and industrial approach and feel to the overall project. Helping to create the street edge along Second Street and link the CAPPS Building mixed renovation behind it along Front Street.
